A. Shipping Information:

Shipping of goods is only possible to the countries listed below by default. Your order will be shipped via DHL as standard. The applicable shipping costs can be found below.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.95 euros per order. We offer free shipping for orders over 25 euros.

Delivery time is 3 - 7 working days after receipt of order.

II. Shipping outside Germany:

We deliver to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Greece.

Delivery time is 5 - 10 working days after receipt of order.

Shipping costs to Austria are a flat rate of 7.80 euros per order. We offer free shipping for orders over 100 euros.

Shipping costs to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Finland, Spain are a flat rate of 15.00 euros per order. We offer free shipping for orders over 150 euros.

Shipping costs to Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein are a flat rate of 25 euros per order. We offer free shipping for orders over 200 euros. Shipping is via DHL.

I. Shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

III. Detailed information on individual payment options

  1. Payment via PayPal

Via PayPal, we offer various ways to settle your invoice amount. By default, via the balance from your PayPal account. Alternatively, you also have the option to pay via the credit card stored in your account. Furthermore, we can offer you the option to pay by direct debit or invoice. In both cases, PayPal settles the invoice amount with us, and you pay the invoice amount to PayPal. With direct debit, PayPal debits the invoice amount.

  1. Payment via Amazon Pay

Conveniently pay for your order via your existing Amazon account and the payment method stored there. After confirming your order with us, you will be redirected directly to Amazon on the online shop.

  1. SOFORT Überweisung

When selecting the SOFORT payment method, your payment transaction is processed by the payment service provider SOFORT. To pay the invoice amount via SOFORT, you must have a freely activated online banking account with SOFORT. The payment transaction is carried out immediately by SOFORT after your order. In this case, the invoice amount is debited from your account by SOFORT.

  1. Google Pay

Simply select your stored payment method with Google Pay and pay easily via the app.

  1. Apple Pay

If you want to pay with Apple Pay, simply choose Apple Pay as the payment method. Invoice, shipping, or contact details are stored in Apple Pay, so you don't have to enter them again next time. You confirm the payment with Face ID or Touch ID. The only thing you need to consider is that 3D Secure is activated.

  1. Credit card

Conveniently pay by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
