We would like to inform you that, in accordance with our policy and for reasons of health and hygiene, returns are not accepted for any products purchased from DUNEGLAM. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.

Revocation Right

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. To exercise your revocation right, you must inform us (Hueseyin Bueber, Obere Vorstadt 4, 91575 Windsbach, Germany, info@duneglam.com, Phone: /) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the revocation right before the revocation period expires.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or Hueseyin Bueber (Obere Vorstadt 4, 91575 Windsbach, Germany) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your revocation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of revocation does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded. Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. Contracts for the delivery of goods if they have been mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

Please note: According to § 312g para. 2 No. 3 BGB, there is no right of revocation for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. For this reason, all cosmetic products sold on our website duneglam.com are excluded from exchange and return.

Different Return Cost Regulation for Germany. We will bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made within Germany.
